Booking & Cancellation Policy

All sessions are booked and paid in full at the time of booking in order to secure your selected time.

Because a limited number of sessions are offered and each time slot is reserved specifically for you, all bookings are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

I understand that life happens.

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice at no additional cost.

Requests made within 48 hours of the session may not be accommodated.

Only one reschedule is permitted per booking.

Late Arrivals & Missed Sessions

Sessions are scheduled back-to-back.

Late arrival may result in reduced session time

Missed sessions are considered forfeited and are non-refundable

Why this policy exists

These sessions are limited and carefully scheduled. When a spot is booked, it prevents another family from reserving that time.
